Click on the images below to download the files to print at A4 size. The first two are for strings, the next 3 are different colour wheel templates, the last one (with rows of circles and rectangles) is for creating swatches (In colour families) per page for hue sectors from your current pigments and for any you may add to your collection over time.) Example of yellow family page below.
TEMPLATES FOR PIGMENT MAPPING STRINGS AND WHEELS
The first two files are for strings of tints and greys
REGULAR A 12-sector wheel with places for rich greys, tints of greys, pigment mapping
18 Sector Mapping Wheel (this one is great for accurately mapping a dot of all colours you make or buy in exactly the wheel position they belong in, so it has 18 sector divisions).
STAR The same options but with a star shape, which divides the hue sectors further, allowing space for mapping dots of convenience colours and mixes you made within their hue sector position.(Below is a video about this wheel)
EXAMPLE: Mixed swatches from yellows, yellow-oranges, yellow-greens, some transparent, some metallic
